On this page you will find all the info around your order, payment, returns, shipping and complaints!

Gilukids sends your package on workdays in the Netherlands. Ordered within 1 day before 2 p.m. it will be shipped the same day !! 

If you prefer to pick up your package, this is possible. Then click on "Pick up showroom" with the shipping method and send us a message, this is possible at almost any time. Mail us via info@gilukids.com This can also be agreed via @gilu_kids on Instagram via DM. We will then ensure that your package is completely ready to go home with you. 

We will also pack every package with a lot of love, so that it is always a party to unpack it. 


POSTAGE COSTS

  • Packages The Netherlands: € 4.95 free shipping from € 70,- 
  • Packages Belgium & Germany: € 8.95 Free Shipping above € 150
  • Packages Europe: from € 15.00.
  • Packages world: from € 40.00.


You will receive a track & trace from us with which you can follow your shipment.


Add/merge orders

Have you already placed an order and still forgot something? Or would you like to add anything else? This is possible! Follow the steps below

  1. Place a new order with the items you have forgotten or want to add
  2. When completing the order, choose "Pick up in the showroom", the shipping costs are not calculated twice.
  3. Add a comment to the new order. State merging with… .. Enter the order number, of the first order placed, on the dots.

PAY

What payment options do I have if I place an order on Gilukids? 

Gilukids offers you the possibility to pay your order per:

  • iDeal
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Credit card
  • Bancontact
  • Gilukids Giftcard 

No costs are charged for any payment method.


Return

If I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

You can return via our return portal. You can find this one here

If you return through our return portal you can buy a label for € 5.45.

You are also free to send the return to us with another shipping method.

If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return your order within 14 days. There are a number of conditions attached to this:

  • The product is unworn/unused. Including attached labels and original packaging. Also think of the remove me cards When they have been removed, we cannot return the item.
  • Provide the product with the original packaging and neatly pack it again.
  • Report it back via info@gilukids.com
  • Send the product to the return address below.
  • The return must be with us within 14 days.
  • After processing your return you will receive the amount within 14 days. 
  • The risks of returning are for the account of the customer.

Did you not pay any shipping costs because you ordered above € 50.00, but do you return a part, and will you get out of € 50.00 order value?

Keep in mind that we will deduct € 4.95 shipping costs from the amount to be refunded. 


Return SALE items

  • The product is unworn/unused. Including attached labels and original packaging.
  • Provide the product with the original packaging and take care of it
  • Register the return via info@gilukids.com 
  • Download the form for withdrawal.
  • Send the product to the return address below.
  • The return must be with us within 7 days.
  • The risks of returning are for the account of the customer.
  • Sale items bought with a 20% discount or more, may be returned. You will receive a voucher worth with the value of the return shipment. The return must be with us within 7 days.
  • SALE articles, bought with the 1+1 action, may not be returned.
  • SALE items, purchased with a 50% discount, may not be returned.
  • SALE items, purchased with a 60% discount, may not be returned.
  • SALE items, purchased with a 70% discount, may not be returned.

Exchange product?

Do you want to exchange your product? Then you can order the right size via the site. (If in stock) the other product can then be returned. You carry the costs for returning the product yourself.


Repayments

As soon as we have received the return, the refund will take place in the same week. Keep in mind that it can take 1 to 2 working days before the amount is actually in the account.

Complaints Products

Unfortunately, you may not be satisfied with your order or the item received. In this case we ask you to contact our customer service via the mail

We would like to request the e-mail with the following information, so that we can handle your complaint as quickly as possible:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or bank statement)
  • Purchase date
  • Name item, as stated on our sticker.
  • A clear photo of the item and the complaint.


Complaints Delivery

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a package is not delivered properly, damaged or even lost. Has your package been delivered incorrectly, damaged or do you suspect that your package has been "lost"? Then report this to customer service as soon as possible via the mail.


In your e-mail, state the following info:

  • First and last name
  • Address
  • Order number
  • (Photo of the damaged / incorrect package.)
  • (Screenshot of the track & trace)

We will contact the relevant carrier directly. They will start an investigation. Please note: this study takes approximately 2 weeks from the registration date. We will of course send all any interim updates about the shipments.
